Here is the quick and dirty summary:

To install webglimpse, 

0) Extract the distribution files into the 
permanent webglimpse home directory, or move them there.
(You probably already did this since you're reading this file)

1) Run wginstall and answer the questions

2) Change to the directory containing the files you wish
to start archiving from

3) Run confarc 

4) Run wgreindex. If you want regular updates to the archive,
put wgreindex in your crontab.

5) The search form will be created in  wgindex.html
Point to this page from your website or copy the form
into your own pages.  Change the default and hidden
options if you like.

Now you can search...

NOTE:  If you are installing in place of an old version, AND you 
have changed the home webglimpse directory, please 

	rm  .glimpse*
	rm  .wg*
	rm  archive.cfg
	rm  wgreindex

in all of your previously indexed directories.
